Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management of real estate and estate planning and administration files.
- Assist with legal drafting.
- Maintain calendars and schedules for attorneys - Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant is preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Comfortable working with numbers and familiar with word processing software.
